My journey into nutritional therapy grew out of my own health struggles and a deep desire to finally feel good in my body.
Before finding my way here, I spent over a decade in the corporate world and experienced burnout firsthand. I know what long days and the constant mental load of keeping everything together can do to your energy, gut health, mental health, and nervous system. From the outside it can look like you’re managing it all, but on the inside you may feel depleted, overwhelmed, and far from your best. Doing all the “right things” on paper doesn’t always translate to feeling good in real life—and that disconnect is what originally led me to nutritional therapy and a root-cause approach to health.
I’m also a mom of two boys, and becoming a mother deepened my understanding of just how much the body is asked to carry—especially during pregnancy and postpartum. So many women are told that exhaustion, anxiety, digestive issues, mood swings, or simply not feeling like themselves is “just part of the season.” I don’t believe it has to be that way. With the right foundational support, it’s possible to feel nourished, steady, and supported through these transitions.
My approach is empathetic, practical, and tailored specifically to YOU. I focus on listening closely, asking thoughtful questions, and offering guidance that fits into real life.
